Empowering Minds Counseling LLC was founded by a licensed clinical social worker and behavioral specialist, certified in Trauma-Informed Care, and bilingual in Spanish. With 17 years of experience in the mental health field, she has served diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults in need of mental health, drug, and alcohol services. Through her extensive work in the community, especially post-pandemic, she recognized a significant need for accessible mental health support.

The purpose of Empowering Minds Counseling LLC is to bring hope to individuals facing mental health challenges and substance abuse. Our programs are grounded in recovery and person-centered rehabilitation models, designed to support children and families on their journey toward healing and well-being.

We believe in the power of change and that everyone has unique strengths. When individuals are equipped with the skills and support to embrace their mental well-being, they can enhance their quality of life and achieve success. Practice Services

At Empowering Minds Counseling LLC, we offer individual, family, marital therapy, and group counseling, providing a safe and accepting environment for people to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Our program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each person, focusing on their current emotional state. Our therapists work collaboratively with you to help you regain control of your life. They are specialized in trauma-informed care, behavioral health, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and drug and alcohol treatment.

Internal Functioning

Empowering Minds Counseling LLC provides comprehensive mental health care to families and children utilizing the services of qualified professionals implementing individualized rehabilitation plans that assist all persons in obtaining their desired goals.
Empowering minds is located in Reading PA and is open Monday-Friday from 8 am – 8 PM.
